Price Match Submission Instructions

Thank you for taking the time to help us offer the lowest prices possible. If you would like to submit a price match request, please read our "Terms and Conditions" section to confirm that your claim qualifies. Upon confirmation, please submit your request by following the instructions we have outlined below in the section labeled "Submit Price Match Request".

1. Terms and Conditions

All price matches eligible for approval must meet the following conditions:

• Price must be obtained from an authorized dealer.
• Price must be from a current offer and not from an outdated advertisement.
• Product must be new and in factory sealed packaging. Refurbished, display, demo, counterfeit, and open box items are not eligible.
• Closeout or discontinued products do not qualify.
• Some manufacturers prohibit the sale of their product below a certain price. We must abide by the rules set by the respective manufacturer.
• The total price of the product must include all associated and relative costs. These include shipping, handling, and other processing costs. Coupons, rebates, "free with purchase offers", and other discounts may not apply.
• Dealers offering verbal price quotes will not qualify in most cases.
• Price must be from a single product and not a multi-product combination offer.

2. Submit Price Match Request

Please submit your claim by contacting us via email or calling us at 1-616-931-6644. Include the product name, manufacturer, product number, description, and other respective characteristics. Be as specific as possible when describing the item. Additionally, you must include the following information depending upon the location of the competing price in question:

• Internet Price Match: Include the URL of the competing product page.
• Print Advertisement Price Match: Include a complete copy of the advertisement. The copy must include the product/price, company name and the corresponding publication's name. Please email, mail or fax the copy. Fax: 1-616-931-6646
